A: The Volume in the ES Contract during the Globex Session is very liquid and provides ample volume to trade during our hours of operation overnight.

A: Typically your brokerage determines the “Day trading margin requirements, which are anywhere from $500 to $4000 per contract, during the 23 Hours and 00 Minutes from 5:00 PM until 4:00 PM tomorrow. However, the “OverNight” Margin of $4850 per contract* is required for the 60 minutes from the Close (Today) at 4:00 PM CT, until the OPEN for tomorrow at 5:00 PM in the evening.

*Subject to change per your broker and the CME, check with your broker for specific overnight margin.

Q: What is the format and timing of your trade calls in the Globex Session?

A:  Typically, we make live trade calls during the Globex Session – 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM Central Time. All of these trades require only day trading margin.  Our calls include Entry, Stops, and Profit Targets. We provide the calls live in the chat room. We do not have constant audio in our chat room for the 10-12 Hour sessions, we do have trade update times with audio, those are often recorded and available in our document folder or by email when size permits for you to replay should you “miss the update” in real-time.
Occasionally, we makes some calls before the daily close at 4:00 Central Time – which become “Overnight” trades (Margin wise) for the 60 minutes between 4:00 and 5:00 PM Central Time.  We have found the Emini market to be the best market to trade during the Globex session and only trade the ES. We utilize many different futures markets as indicators and trade signal for trading the ES during our sessions.
